We can show up to the jobsite 'blind' or provide a quick in-home walk-through for those customers who prefer a well informed preview prior to installation day.
Radon Testing
Radon testing is the first step in determining what radon levels are present in your home. Radon tests can be short term, 2-90 days, or Long term 91 days or longer. Testing devices can range from test kits to continous radon monitors. Each device and duration has its own application, to find out what is the best for your situation, please contact us.
Mitigation System Installation

Typically mitigation systems are installed in one day and are reducing radon exposure once activated. Mitigation systems start in the lowest level of the building and pull soil gases, Radon, into the system and vent them to safe outside air.

Post System Install Testing Kits
After mitigation it is important to perform a pos test to verify the system is working properly and radon levels have been reduced to acceptable levels. We are EPA certified for radon testing; this allows us to provide smooth transactions in any time sensitive real estate deal, as well as the ability to deploy 3rd party test kits
